Spring Family Portraits at Powers Farm Randolph MA

When I met Jaime and Christina for a consultation session to plan their Spring Family Portraits. It was exciting to learn that they are both heavily involved with the Randolph Holbrook Pop Warner team. Both their daughters have been members of the team and one is still an active member. What an amazing role to have I bet it allows you some extra family time and as the team challenges arise you tackle them as a family. I highly commend both of them for volunteering their time and energy to this great cause.

I had such a great time working with you on planning your experience for the session and capturing your family memories. Thank you for inviting me to document part of your family's legacy. I hope you enjoyed yourselves during your experience with me as much as I enjoyed myself with the whole process and I hope you are also enjoying your wall art.

Here are some of my favorite images from the session.

Ice Castles Lincoln NH Winter 2018

We were really excited to visit the Ice Castles in NH. We picked February Vacation to go and we are glad that we made it there. The temperature's were in the 50's which resulted in the ice melting while we were there nonetheless we were glad it wasn't biting cold.  Here are a few of the images from our visit. In the future we'll probably plan to go later in the day to get the full effect of the surrounding.

We are glad to have brought our winter gear and while we had it in the car we actually had considered leaving it but glad we geared up for it.

Helpful tips. Bring your winter full winter gear and sleds.

Portrait Session for Mother and her Daughters

This mama needed to get some headshots to use on her upcoming coaching class, to top it off her birthday and her daughters birthday were in the same month so in celebration of turning another year for both her nd her daughter we figured we get some updated portraits of her and her daughters in studio. Birthdays are a great time to update your family portraits but have portraits of you and your children adds to the fun.

Look Back at 2017

The year 2017 was an interesting year for me, with the highlights being launching a business doing something I absolutely love and my health taking a turn for the better. I had put the camera down years before but as soon as I picked it back up last November I knew there was no turning back. Overall, it was a really tough year balancing family and business life but I wouldn't trade it for anything. As 2017 comes to an end all I can think of is how blessed I am to have been able to document your memories and family legacy you.

Putting this collage together and looking at all of the beautiful faces I am reminded of how much joy this job brings me. Being there to capture these valuable moments, hearing their stories and sometimes even shedding a tear with them is so special. I like to sit in these moments of joy and reflect on what truly matters and for me that means spending time with my loved ones, sharing a meal with friends and family or just connecting with the human race.

My wish for you in the New Year is to find those moments of pure bliss and savor them, go after them, capture them in your heart, mind or even on camera. Its sometimes hard to believe how lucky I am that I can make a living off a passion.

Thank you to all of you who took the leap of faith in me and cheers to a fresh new start in 2018!!!

Jones Family Session Powers Farm Park Randolph MA

Another cold late fall day in New England served as a great reminder that winter is right around the corner. But don't let that fool you it didn't take long for this family to warm up to their family sessions. The kids were great spots once they got moving they were happy to tough out the New England weather. We had an amazing time together.

Rowe's Family Session

The weather was beautiful. We had an amazing New England Fall chill the kind that reminds you that winter is right around the corner so brace yourself for it. The love between this family was enough to thaw any cold we might have been experiencing and the smile on the lovely young lady is enough to make you feel warm.

Stoughton Family Portrait Session at Home - Fall Family Session

While the weather has been unseasonably cool well actually cold this family didn't let that stop them. The lighting was absolutely beautiful and while late fall we run into the challenge of the temperature being too cool, the background is absolutely gorgeous due to the Foliage. Naturally with a 3 month old we took the rest of the session inside so she could keep warm. The best part of the session was the smiles i got from this 3 month old.

Schwehm's Family Session at Borderland State Park Easton MA

While we knew we had frigid temperatures to some extent we didn't realize how cold it would feel especially this early in the season. But this family toughed it out and they didn't let the cold stop them from having fun at their session and towards the end of the session we had amazing magical light. Borderland Park Is stunningly beautiful and we were blessed to have such beautiful light peeking through the trees. As a Randolph family portrait photographer I generally photograph in the surrounding towns and Easton is one of my Favorites. I love taking pictures at Borderland State Park because it has so many varied backdrops all in the same location.

Veterans Day Parade Crawford Square Randolph MA

We observe this Day in Honor of those who have served this Country and those who continue to Serve the country So Want to say a Big Thank you to all the Veterans. Got to capture the Veteran's Day  parade in my hometown of Randolph MA today and wanted to share with you some of the moments i captured. We are so grateful for all the work the men and women in service have done and all they continue to do.

It was a really cold day that the fountain in the town square had frozen.

Nico's Camping Milestone Cake Smash Session Houghton's Pond Milton MA

The weather was forecasted to be cloudy then clear then last minute threatened to rain but held up. what an amazing session we had with Nico he completely enjoyed digging right into he's pancakes then had a go at the lantern and continued on to smashing and crumbling he's cake.

Akin's Family Fall Family Session Demarco Park Avon MA

We had a great laugh as the young almost 3 year old DJ reminded us to Sit down and be humble.  What a great joy it was to be around him and he's family and What beautiful Fall Foliage all around us.  The Foliage and  wind make a great combination as the leaves were falling softly and slowly which made it even more fun for this family as they got to play in leaves.

Szeglin Family Session

The Szeglin family session was filled with sweetness both boys share a strong bond and while Nathan is almost 1 he clearly adores he's big brother Logan who just loves him to pieces.  The boys were lucky to see some frogs jumping from the fountain and i got lucky to capture the action. We had an amazing session at the Easton library. And offcourse to top it off we all had a kick when the sprinklers went off on me!!!!
