 A Seraphine Photography Portrait Session Experience is truly a custom process from beginning to the end. It is perfect for those who want and demand a high level of service and quality.

 Step One: Initial Outreach

Once you reach out, we’ll schedule a call then we’ll have a discussion about what you envision for your portrait what you can expect through your portrait journey. We’ll send you a portrait guide, a quick phone session. We’ll follow by choosing a date for our planning session.


Step Two: Planning Consultation

Here we begin with the end in mind. We figure out where you want to place the beautiful images in your home so we know what orientation and style of images to take. The planning and consultation session is so important to the Seraphine Photography experience because ironing out the details and developing a smart plan is how we keep the photography session stress-free! We’ll meet to discuss your location, outfits, preferences, get to know each other better and start discussing how you would like to display your final product. We’ll strategize about how to make sure that everyone involved is prepared and ready to go on the day of the portrait session. We’ll also finalize the date and time of your photography session.

Step Three: Photography Session

On the day of the photography session, you will arrive ready to have your portraits created whether its in our studio or on location, We will meet at the location and create some memories. Your job is to have fun and enjoy the time spent with your family. I have many tricks for keeping everyone cooperative and happy so that you can relax!


Step Four: Selection and Ordering Appointment

This is one of my favorite part of the process this is when I reveal the portraits we so thoughtfully planned. Following my guidance and your vision, you will select the images that you love and we’ll find the best way to display them most people choose a combination of Wall art, A memory album, our legacy portrait box with gift prints.

Step Four: Delivery and Installation of your art

This step is approximately 4 weeks after your selection and ordering session. I will set up a time to deliver and install your wall portraits. We offer complimentary Installation service for wall art to ensure that your portraits find the perfect fit in your home soon after our shoot.



We offer a wide range of ways to enjoy your portraits from larger than life statement pieces for your walls, gallery collections, framed portraits on easels, story books and coffee table albums and gift prints.

Each portrait session is designed and created with the end in mind from the first phone call but don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want, we can explore that with a discovery call. The first outreach is a great place to start.

All prints and wall art are printed by a professional lab on the highest quality materials.

Studio portrait sessions start at $750 and includes $500 Portrait Credit. While on location portrait sessions start at $850 with $500 in portrait credit. Investment on portraits begins at $250 and $750 for wall portraits.
